You'll be based in a clinic close to home (your choice!), with dedicated time to travel and provide support to our busier regional clinics. It's the perfect balance of familiarity and exploration - and an incredible way to expand your clinical experience while making a genuine difference.ResponsibilitiesAs a Roaming Clinician, you'll work independently across various clinics to provide continuity of care where it's needed most - covering temporary gaps from leave, vacancies, or high demand.You will:
  • Deliver full-scope adult hearing services (HSP, DVA, private, insurance)
  • Conduct assessments, fit state-of-the-art hearing aids, and offer personalised care
  • Perform wax removal (training available if required)
  • Engage in local marketing activities and community outreach
  • Support regional teams to improve appointment availability and reduce lead times
  • Maintain a strong connection to your home base clinic/s, ensuring team support and ongoing collaboration
