In this role, you’ll support Maths education, helping students thrive while building your own professional skills.You'll work across KS3 and KS4, partnering with experienced teachers to deliver effective learning support and make a real impact in the classroom.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:Run 1-to-1 and small-group interventions in Maths across KS3, KS4 & KS5Foster supportive relationships that positively influence student learning and engagementAssist in lessons to help deliver learning outcomes and support class teachersLead bespoke tutoring sessions aimed at deepening student understandingBenefit from weekly training designed to enhance your teaching practicesWho We’re Looking ForTo excel in this role, you should have:A Maths (or related) degree with a 2:1 or higher (or soon-to-be graduate status)A real interest in supporting young learnersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, supportive, and resilient attitudeAmbition to become a teacher in the futureExperience working with young people is a bonus—not essential
