
CRM Campaign Manager, HOKA

- Own the CRM campaign calendar for either Teva or HOKA across European markets
- Lead the planning, briefing, QA, and deployment of email, SMS, and app push campaigns
- Ensure each communication reflects the brand voice and drives both engagement and conversion
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, lapsed, VIP
- Use segmentation and behavioural triggers to personalize communications
- Apply insights to increase retention and average order frequency
- Line manage 3-4 CRM Executives, supporting workload prioritization, QA, and development
- Foster a high-performance culture, sharing CRM best practices and mentoring junior talent
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to translate storytelling into impactful CRM moments
- Work with eCommerce and Trade teams to align on key product, seasonal, and promotional focuses
- Liaise with local market teams to localize content and optimize send strategy
- Monitor CRM KPIs (OR, CTR, CVR, revenue, unsub rate) and own campaign reporting
- Use Cordial and Amperity to build segmentation, track performance, and refine journeys
- Recommend test-and-learn opportunities (subject lines, content, timing, offers)
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Highly organised
- Analytical
- Experienced in CRM campaign management and execution
- Proficient in CRM platforms like Cordial and Amperity
- Strong strategic planning and operational execution skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to optimize campaigns
