Service Delivery and Risk Management: Manage risks in service delivery and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. Drive organic revenue growth and support the delivery of the business plan for the commercial building surveying offering. Degree and MRICS qualified, with time served post-qualification experience (PQE). Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independent operation. Multi-disciplinary experience with a global perspective. Proactive, flexible, and able to manage priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and a strong personal impact. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Innovative, self-motivated, and commercially aware. Manage and deliver professional technical consultancy commissions, including Technical Due Diligence, condition surveys, and other related services. Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to maintain efficient financial control and deliver a cost-effective service. Provide the Sector Director with quantifiable updates on the progress of each contract on a regular basis. Provide concise and commercially insightful advice to clients. Support the TDD team in project and assignment delivery for exceptional outcomes. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure timely, accurate work outputs. Represent the company professionally, fostering client partnerships. Guide junior team members and work effectively within a team. Personal Qualities: Presentable, articulate, and capable of building and maintaining relationships both within and outside the company.
