  • Financial SM business partnering support of all Food/SSI categories taking full ownership of 3-4 regions plus Group HQ
  • Providing insightful analysis and insights of strategic SM category development through Financial Modelling to regional and global teams
  • Visibility, interpretation, and insights of the savings initiative's portfolio including progress against target/forecast and pipeline transparency
  • Collaboration with all Supply Management regions across Sodexo whilst contributing to a strong analytical network of SM Finance colleagues globally
  • Connecting performance of the function to the P&L
  • Continuous improvement of current processes across the Worldwide SM performance and KPI agenda
  • Consolidation/ownership of all regional and global SSI reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Assist in preparation of all financial aspects of SSI Quarterly Business Review
  • Process Owner of SmartSheet and enhancing reporting on this into PowerBI
  • Leading key Global/European projects in all finance related aspects and other finance related projects in line with Global SM finance roadmap

  • Degree level education & accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • 3+ years post qualification/role relevant experience
  • Ability to influence and deal with numerous stakeholders of all levels
  • Supply chain experience desirable
  • Global mindset with international experience an advantage,
  • Fluency in English mandatory; any other language an advantage.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI) and relevant data capture, storage & analytical tools/systems
