- You will work within the relevant legal frameworks, guidance, policies, and procedures to undertake assessments, reviews, and support planning with individuals and their carers.

- Candidates must be able to work in the UK and hold a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Registration with Social Work England and completion of the ASYE is required.
- Previous experience working in the Adult Social Care sector is essential, as is the ability to apply a strength-based, asset-based approach to assessment, care planning, and review.
- Experience with the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005), and managing adult safeguarding enquiries is beneficial.
- If you do not have direct experience, a good understanding and knowledge are necessary.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including voluntary, public, and private sector organisations, will be crucial to your role, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.
