- Significant evidenced practical experience of managing the people side of change within a large strategic programme or portfolio with deep understanding of change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability of creating and coordinating plans across multiple concurrent changes, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder readiness, and sustainable adoption across the organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to develop positive working relationships and influence diverse stakeholder groups including board members, senior leaders and programme teams.
- Skilled at managing conflicting priorities and organisational sensitivities, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision accurately and consistently to high standards with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience managing change professionals within a programme or project team.
