Bookkeeper, Bromborough, Wirral - £24,000 to £28,000 - HYBRIDA medium-sized chartered accountancy practice is seeking a bookkeeping professional to join their team.This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. With three days in the office and two days working from home, you can enjoy a harmonious work-life balance. Additionally, the practice is open to both full-time and part-time hours, accommodating your individual needs and lifestyle.Bookkeeper - Key Responsibilities:
Working with a busy team with a wide variety of clients, you will take responsibility for:
·Completing Vat returns
·Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
·Bank reconciliations and posting bank transactions
·Ensuring work is completed in a timely manner
·Liaising with clients in a professional mannerClient Interaction
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary financial information
- Provide clients with regular updates on their financial status
- Address client queries and offer professional adviceSoftware Utilisation
- Utilise cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
- Stay updated with the latest software features and updates
- Train clients on the use of accounting software as neededBookkeeper - Experience Required:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a practice bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Bookkeeper - Benefits:
