This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified teachers to gain valuable classroom experience, develop their teaching skills, and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning.As an Early Careers Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
To be successful as an Early Careers Teacher, you should:
  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting all learners.
  • Be eager to develop professionally and engage with CPD opportunities.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Provide a full, 10-year career history (CV) with any gaps explained.
