You will support and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role will play a key part in shaping the library’s digital transformation, always with a focus on enhancing the user experience.As a member of the leadership team you will contribute to cross-service initiatives and the implementation of the library’s strategic plans. Your leadership will be instrumental in nurturing an inclusive, agile, and omni-channel approach to service delivery.We are looking for a collaborative and experienced leader with a strong track record in managing people and delivering content and discovery services.
