What You'll Do:
  • Lead the adoption of our Pricing Portal tools through training and coaching
  • Keep our price lists up to date and protect our profit margins
  • Reduce pricing overrides to ensure consistent pricing for customers
  • Simplify pricing for everyday trading, especially for small and medium-sized businesses
  • Maintain a competitor pricing database to stay ahead in the market
  • Support marketing and commercial initiatives with data-driven insights
  • Develop tools and reports to spot and fix pricing issues
  • Use data to make smart pricing decisions that help us grow
Who You Are:
  • Hold excellent communication skills to enage & influence people in learning and taking them on a journey to see the positives in the pricing tool,
  • You have experience in a similar pricing or analytical role,
  • Skilled in SQL, Excel, and PowerBI - you love working with data,
  • Can work well with different teams,
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and pay close attention to detail,
  • Passionate about developing others and leading a team
