- Lead the adoption of our Pricing Portal tools through training and coaching
- Keep our price lists up to date and protect our profit margins
- Reduce pricing overrides to ensure consistent pricing for customers
- Simplify pricing for everyday trading, especially for small and medium-sized businesses
- Maintain a competitor pricing database to stay ahead in the market
- Support marketing and commercial initiatives with data-driven insights
- Develop tools and reports to spot and fix pricing issues
- Use data to make smart pricing decisions that help us grow
- Hold excellent communication skills to enage & influence people in learning and taking them on a journey to see the positives in the pricing tool,
- You have experience in a similar pricing or analytical role,
- Skilled in SQL, Excel, and PowerBI - you love working with data,
- Can work well with different teams,
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and pay close attention to detail,
- Passionate about developing others and leading a team
