- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders
- Drive the design and execution of HR initiatives across commercial teams globally
- Drive business performance through developing high performing teams
- Ensure HR processes align with business objectives
- Delivering people plans across the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, ER, talent development and succession planning, employee well being and engagement, retention, change management/OD
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance
- Support talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Monitor HR metrics and develop action plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience within a similar HR BP role, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer industries
- Demonstrable experience of being a HR consultant to leadership teams on strategic initiatives
- Strong commercial accumen and credibility
- Strong knowledge of HR management processes and best practices - particularly within ER
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex HR issues
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
- A hands on and proactive HR professional
