The Senior HR Business Partner will be a pivotal in the HR team, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth operational delivery within a fast-paced FMCG environment near Heathrow.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders
  • Drive the design and execution of HR initiatives across commercial teams globally
  • Drive business performance through developing high performing teams
  • Ensure HR processes align with business objectives
  • Delivering people plans across the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, ER, talent development and succession planning, employee well being and engagement, retention, change management/OD
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance
  • Support talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Monitor HR metrics and develop action plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements

  • Proven experience within a similar HR BP role, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer industries
  • Demonstrable experience of being a HR consultant to leadership teams on strategic initiatives
  • Strong commercial accumen and credibility
  • Strong knowledge of HR management processes and best practices - particularly within ER
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex HR issues
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
  • A hands on and proactive HR professional
