Pay Rate: £13.69 - £15.87 per hour
Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)Reeson Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in the M20 area. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September, working as a Teaching Assistant in a lively and enthusiastic Year 2 classroom.As a Teaching Assistant, you'll provide classroom support, work closely with the class teacher, and help pupils make great progress. The Teaching Assistant will assist with literacy and numeracy activities, small group interventions, and general classroom duties. You may also offer 1:1 support to pupils who need extra help.The ideal Teaching Assistant will:
  • Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in KS1 or KS2
  • Be confident supporting Year 2 pupils in class and during group work
  • Have strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach
  • Be able to commit to the role full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
