As a key member of our PACT Family team, you'll play a crucial role in providing guidance, assistance, and a welcoming environment for families during what can be a difficult time. From facilitating prison visits to coordinating engaging activities for children, your dedication will help strengthen family bonds and support rehabilitation efforts within our community. If you're ready to make a real difference and thrive in a dynamic, compassionate environment, we want to hear from you.About You:To be successful in this role you will have experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging environment, ideally involving prisoners and/or their families. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding work load. You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of Pact’s family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice.
