In this role, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers in our Property team. This role is based in our Birmingham office, with hybrid working.The role
- Be involved in all aspects of the day to day activities for our lawyers in the Property team
- Play a key role in the care of our clients
- Take internal and external telephone queries
- Monitor incoming post and emails
- Assist with the billing and credit control process
- Arrange and carry out administrative support such as photocopying, printing, sending letters, and data entry
- Arrange general and electronic filing and record keeping
- Please note that this role does not involve dictation/typing
- Previous experience as a Legal Personal Assistant
- A working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- An organised individual who is able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible
- Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 25 days holiday (plus the option to buy up to an additional 5 days)
