This is an exciting opportunity to design and implement comprehensive reporting for the entire GBRX portfolio.You will be joining us just as we roll out our new workflow and reporting system, based on PowerApps and Power BI. You'll need to own and embed the new system, encouraging it's take up using your excellent collaboration skills. You'll be leading the reporting on every part of the diverse GBRX portfolio. That includes the Digital Signalling Portfolio, with decades-long planning horizons, alongside the “X Portfolio” that covers a host of individual engagements, many of which will take us into uncharted territory. That's the DNA of GBRX. You'll need to be flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, adapting our reporting system dynamically so that we can show real progress to our partners and stakeholder in varied ways.You'll draw on your leadership and influencing skills to secure progress updates from partners across the industry, not just those we directly manage.This isn't just data analysis - you'll need to assimilate varied qualitative and quantitative inputs, distilling out a coherent narrative, tailored to each specific audience. Your analysis skills will also enable you to deliver accurate and meaningful performance improvement recommendations that will support the development of longer-term strategic plans.
