- Ability to creatively solve problems - establishing solutions with existing resources
- Strong knowledge of engineering theory and principals
- Understand Data structure and formatting
- Understand the Railway & Transport sector (preferred)
- Experience of collaborating across teams and in different asset areas
- Experience of developing and delivering technical projects
- Experience of data management, data processing, and analysis
