Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
Pay Rate: £12.74 per hourKey Responsibilities
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
- Supporting daily logistics and transport operations
- Coordinating with drivers, warehouse teams, and planners to ensure timely deliveries
- Producing delivery documentation such as manifests and proof of delivery
- Handling inbound queries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Monitoring delivery statuses and flagging any issues to relevant departments
- Filing and organising paperwork and digital records
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team
- Previous experience in an administrative role (logistics/transport experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills - confident using Excel and internal systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics sector
