- Assisting in the creation of IT campaigns, including technical support systems, email, and software tools.
- Conducting system diagnostics and network monitoring to support IT strategies.
- Helping to manage technical support systems channels by scheduling tickets and engaging with users.
- Hardware setup – including laptops, PCs, printers.
- Creating and editing technical documentation such as system diagrams, and training materials.
- Supporting the team with software updates.
- Analysing system performance and preparing reports.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to IT projects.
- Basic understanding of digital IT and technical support systems platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT tools (e.g., remote desktop, network monitoring tools) is a plus.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Creative and eager to learn.
- Enthusiastic about IT and digital trends.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
