You will work closely with teaching assistants, senior leaders, and parents to ensure pupils are happy, confident, and making strong progress throughout the academic year.The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in a Year 1 setting
- Be confident in delivering differentiated and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Show a calm, patient, and nurturing approach to behaviour and classroom management
- Be enthusiastic about making a positive impact on early learning and development
- Be committed to school life, including participation in extracurricular activities and collaborative planning
