Lead the global marketing function, working with country affiliates, to oversee the brand planning process. Oversee strategic localisation, content co-creation and localisation.Strategic Leadership:
Develop and lead global brand strategies that align with brand objectives, with a focus on new product launches in priority therapeutic areas. Provide leadership and input into the LCM of Rezzayo.Innovation & Trends:
Stay at the forefront of customer engagement trends in pharma, including digital, personalisation, and behavioural science, applying learnings to continuously evolve our approach.Launch Readiness:
Act as a strategic partner and lead cross-functional launch teams, driving customer insight integration, message development, and omnichannel planning from pre-launch through post-launch phases.Content Excellence:
Define and oversee the creation of high-impact, omni-channel content tailored to HCPs, patients, and payers, ensuring consistency of messaging across global and local touchpoints. Lead participation in major global congresses in partnership with local teamsInsight & Segmentation:
Collaborate with insights, medical, and access teams to identify key customer segments and unmet needs; shape strategies that are insight-driven and customer-centric. Drive market research where needed and in partnership with other insight generation functionsPerformance Measurement:
