- Manage the social media calendar to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community growth
- Handle the day-to-day management of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, adapting content for each channel
- Scale TikTok growth with innovative, trend-led content
- Write clear, engaging captions, scripts and social copy optimised for each platform’s audience and format
- Brief and collaborate with internal designers, video editors & copy team to produce best-in-class social content
- Use social analytics and listening tools to monitor performance, audience behaviour, and emerging trends, applying insights to optimise content and campaigns
- Deliver weekly reports on social performance and campaign impact
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and coordinate cross-team to align social with wider marketing strategies
- Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all social touchpoints
- Adopt a test-and-learn mindset to experiment with new formats and continuously refine social media efforts
- ~2 years hands-on experience managing and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Deep knowledge of TikTok culture, trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Proven track record growing and engaging social audiences organically
- Strong content writing skills, crafting captions, scripts, and social copy that connect and convert
- Excellent video production and editing skills, confident with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere (or similar)
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality assets
- Strong organisational skills with clear communication around deadlines and project management
- Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
