We are a three partner GP practice supported by a extended clinical team, we are a busy practice looking for dynamic individuals to provide excellent patient care.Main duties of the jobThe role will be split between reception duties and administrative tasks including:
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Answering telephone calls from patients
  • Processing repeat prescription requests
  • Dealing with queries from patients and other service providers, ie hospitals and pharmacies
  • Processing online requests from patients (Patchs)
  • Other administrative duties associated with patient care
Essential Criteria:The successful candidate will have:
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure]
  • An empathetic nature
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
