Service Advisor Required - Independent Garage in Banstead
  • Salary: £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £40,000 - £60,000 per annum)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (No Weekends!)
  • Holiday: 21 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Location: Banstead
Our client, a successful and well-regarded Independent Garage in Banstead, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that prides itself on its excellent customer service, strong reputation, and supportive working environment.What's on Offer:
  • A basic salary of £35,000 with bonus taking you to £40,000 - £60,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday only - no weekends!
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting customers and booking vehicles in for service/repair work
  • Liaising between customers and technicians, providing regular updates
  • Raising job cards, invoices, and processing paperwork
  • Organising collections and deliveries where necessary
  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times
  • Supporting the business in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and sales performance
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (independent or main dealer)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A team player who can also work well independently
  • A full UK driving licence
