A growing technology company is seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to optimise and align its revenue-generating functions Sales, Marketing and Operations. This is a pivotal role in supporting sustainable growth by building scalable systems, delivering data-driven insights, and driving operational excellence. You’ll help shape the way the organisation measures success, enabling outcome-based pricing models and client-focused growth strategies.
What will the Finance Analyst role involve?
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
  • Support outcome-based pricing models with insights on client value and ROI.
  • Streamline lead-to-cash workflows and standardise onboarding and renewal processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting automation, and actionable insights across systems.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, consulting, and finance teams to align KPIs.
  • Provide analysis and insights to support strategic and board-level decisions.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Analyst vacancy:
  • Strong background data-driven financial analysis.
  • Skilled in analytics (Excel, SQL or BI tools).
  • Experience in revenue modelling, pricing strategy, and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
  • Commercially astute, adaptable, and solutions-focused with strong communication skills.
