- Interpret and manage project plans, ensuring timelines are met
- Plan raw material and manpower requirements for efficiency
- Supervise daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
- Verify raw materials and installations meet required specifications
- Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Contractors to deliver successful projects
- Provide recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs
- Negotiate with contractors and vendors to secure best pricing
- Resolve project delays with technical solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Ensure adherence to environmental and health & safety standards
- Proven experience in a Site Manager or Site Engineer role, preferably within security systems or civil/M&E projects
- Experience working on National Grid projects - desirable
- Knowledge of CAD software - desirable
- SR163 - desirable
- Valid UK driving licence - essential
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
