- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies
- Monitor financial performance and recommend actions to improve margins and revenue
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the sales function
- Proven experience within the FMCG industry, particularly in a sales leadership role
- Experience selling private label goods
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and financial management
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in preparing and managing budgets and forecasts
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Able to be in London 3 days a week
- Competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £100,000
