- Support a Senior Partner Lead in the Residential Multiroom sector across the North of England.
- Develop with others the project management team with a focus of residential and commercial development.
- Actively assist in the business development focus for the project management team
- Build, nurture and maintain trusted client relationships, with both existing and new clients
- Lead client facing meetings, multi-disciplined teams and own ultimate project delivery
- Demonstrate best practice leadership behaviours, as a leader to wider team members
- Maintain the highest quality standards of professional expertise throughout all aspects
- Coach and support more junior team members to build their confidence, competence and passion
- Manage large scale and / or multiple projects with key clients, and at times specifically owning particular aspects of project work in a hands-on manner
- Ideally you will be degree qualified in a relative field, such as project management or engineering
- Ideally you would hold MRICS / MCIOB / APMP / Prince 2 Chartered status, albeit this is not essential and we can support you to achieve this chartered status
- Experienced in high value and complex projects gained in a consultancy environment
- Exceptional communication skills, with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally
- An ability to build, nurture and maintain trusted client relationships
- An ability to contribute to the growth and development of the team, adding value for our clients, growing the wider business
- An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and organisational skills
- An excellent all-round technical project management knowledge, to establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your team, office and the wider organisation.
