A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Sous Chef to work in an exciting new opening project celebrating the very best of open-fire and grill cooking:
  • Modern British and American surf & turf brasserie celebrating open-fire and grill cooking, showcasing the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients from the UK
  • Lunch and dinner up to 90 covers – Closed on Mondays
  • Collaboration with a famous Michelin star chef
  • Fantastic project and strong team of 20+
  • Salary of £40-45k per annum + TRONC (up to £10,000 per annum)
  • Great beverage offering showcasing creative cocktails and organic and natural wine.
  • Rota of 48-50 hours per week
