Working for a rapidly scaling D2C retail and subscription brand, that’s part of a global FMCG group, the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Web Operations Manager / SFCC Administrator role involves building out the SFCC eCommerce Operations environment and ensuring the smooth delivery of all updates, product launches, campaign activity and promotions.This is a hybrid role, with 1 day per week or 2 days per fortnight in central London (or more if desired). The company will pay for a hotel night if 2 days per fortnight.The Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Web Operations Manager / SFCC Administrator will
  • Oversee all site updates, product launches, campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor site performance, resolving any issues, and driving improvements.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Build & configure promotions using SFCC Business Manager.
  • Build & manage customer groups for targeted experiences.
  • Manage product catalogues, categories, attributes, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Be primary liaison between ecommerce team and stakeholders across product, tech, design, and customer service.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Resolve escalated customer queries and issues, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage content across the platform, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Optimise content for search engines and implement SEO best practices.
  • Analyse and report on effectiveness of promotions, targeting, and site performance.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and provide insights for optimisation.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Candidates for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Web Operations Manager / SFCC Administrator role must have:
  • Strong experience in a Web Operations or Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration role (SFCC experience is essential),
  • Experience in an eCommerce environment, from any product category, such as groceries, gifting, homeware, fashion, home & garden, electronics, etc.
  • Strong organisational, communication skills.
  • Strong comfort with data, analysis skills and make data-driven decision making.
