- Confidence in running a kitchen during solo shifts
- Good understanding of EHO and kitchen safety standards
- A team player with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, including weekends on rotation
- Preparing traditional pub dishes to a high standard
- Running the pass and managing service when working on your own
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene in line with EHO regulations
- Supporting with general kitchen duties, including pot washing as needed
- Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider team
