
Warehouse Administrator

- You'll be carrying out Administration duties for around 70% of your working time and the other 30% would be carrying out Warehouse / Order Picking duties as required.
- Using Excel and manual checklists you will be maintaining stock levels, managing inventory changes and carrying out stock takes as required.
- Data entry on to excel and bespoke systems.
- Booking in deliveries and orders, checking invoices and delivery notes
- Handling email inbox, responding to customer queries and monitoring the shared inbox.
- During any Warehouse support time you will be collecting small items from the Warehouse and compiling customer orders from printed job sheets or handheld scanners, loading orders onto pallets and using a pallet truck to transfer onto the shipment containers.
- Have good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Excellent attention to details with good alpha and numerical data entry
- Have excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues and customers.
- Be reliable - reliability and a hard-working attitude are important.
