4Site are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aftercare/Maintenance Supervisor to join our client, a high-end residential main contractor with a close-knit maintenance team and help maintain the exceptional standards our clients expect.Role OverviewIn this role, you’ll work alongside the Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of property maintenance across prestigious homes in Central London. Your focus will be on ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed promptly and to the highest standard, always respecting the unique character of these luxury residences.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for client maintenance enquiries alongside the Maintenance ManagerLead and supervise the daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and quality deliveryPrioritise and respond swiftly to urgent maintenance issuesManage the supply chain and coordinate with in-house maintenance engineersCarry out or oversee routine property inspections to spot and resolve issues earlyAnalyse service reports from planned visits and arrange for any necessary follow-up workSupport the Maintenance Manager with contract renewals and assist in drafting new maintenance agreementsDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtimeKeep detailed and accurate records of all maintenance work, materials, and costs using Joblogic or similar softwareMaintain clear communication with clients, property managers, and other key stakeholders to uphold service excellenceEnsure all maintenance work complies with health and safety legislation and company policiesCandidate ProfilePrevious experience in maintenance roles, ideally within luxury residential environmentsBasic familiarity with mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems is highly advantageous
