
Measurement Technician

- Basic measurement techniques and Hand Gauging.
- Working to control plans, route cards, work instructions and drawings.
- Works Order completion and stamping.
- Visual inspection and verification of conformance to product standards.
- Quality compliance.
- Gateway inspection for Quality checklists or alerts.
- Confirming adherence to the relevant quality procedures and requirements.
- Keeping records and entering results into a bespoke software application.
- Part cleaning and protection.
- Declaring any non-conformance's, working with quality to disposition parts.
- Other duties as required to support the operational team.
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and equipment.
- Metrology experience would be beneficial (not essential).
- Conscientious with attention to detail.
- Willing to work under own initiative with good throughput levels.
- PC literacy – with capability to perform basic transactional / MRP duties.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
