- To ensure that Mitie reacts efficiently and effectively in line with the SOP's set by the client and Mitie SLT.
- To line manage an operational team, including subcontractors in delivery of the above ensuring the team
- Foster and develop effective relationships with Gist and M&S and any other site-based contractor and other Mitie colleagues and having the one team approach.
