We’re hiring for a Credit Controller to join our busy and friendly finance team in Trafford Park. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of credit control duties while also gaining exposure to wider finance responsibilities in a values-driven business.🔊 Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client onboarding, credit checks, and manage credit limits.
  • Maintain the debtors ledger — allocate payments, issue statements, chase overdue balances.
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks including invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support weekly KPI and credit risk reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries professionally.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in credit control or a finance support role.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C / Level 4 or above).
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
