Job description: Brand Excellence Advisor - Costa ExpressArea: Belfast regionAn exciting opportunity has opened up to join Costa Ireland Team as a Brand Excellence Advisor! To manage the roll out of Costa coffee machines within Garage Forecourts, Convenience Stores, Contract Catering and Hotel channels, through visiting and auditing sites, building great relationships and driving standards and sales with our partners.The role involves:Providing coffee and Barista training, site support to the partner, being a key brand representative for the company.Responsibility for ongoing improvement and development of the brand through customer engagement, growing the partner site, improving cups per day return by operational and brand compliance.Reacting to any partner issues, visiting sites to support and help resolve issue, liaising with the helpdesk and the engineersBriefing new sites on the machines providing training and coaching to teamsWorking five over seven days.Your skills & experience will include:Excellent coffee knowledge and Barista skillsExperience in a partner facing environment, ideally with retail operations backgroundExperience working in coffee trainer or similar roleAble to manage own diary and to prioritize a busy workloadBe self-motivated and a great team playerDesire to learn and become a brand expert for our partnersA flexible approach to both work scheduling and hours is needed, putting the partner needs first to provide a world class servicePrevious experience working within a field based role would be desirableMust hold a Full Clean valid driving license and hold a valid work permit.Benefits:Company CarLaptopPhone
