FIXED TERM UNTIL 18/09/2026Make a Difference Every Day!Are you an experienced leader who values collaboration, quality, and making a meaningful difference? We’re looking for an Operational Manager to provide maternity cover and help guide our frontline services with clarity, and confidence.In this role, you’ll support and coach our Service Managers to ensure services are safe, effective, and person-centred. You’ll help shape how we deliver support, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we meet regulatory standards while staying true to our values.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting service managers to deliver high-quality, co-produced services.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. Ofsted, CQC, housing regulator).
  • Enabling teams to manage budgets effectively and maintain smooth service delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and colleagues.
  • Encouraging continuous improvement and thoughtful innovation.
