- Managing the Digital Creative Designer, another new position within the Digital Experience team.
- Ownership and continued development of our Figma based design system, updating existing components and designing new ones as required and ensuring alignment with Storybook.
- Designing interactive digital experiences from animated hero images to full microsites.
- You will lead and facilitate in person and remote workshops to further develop and optimise our digital experiences.
- You will use data to inform design decisions and identify areas of focus for development, experimentation and optimisation.
- You will work closely with the Optimisation Manager to research, understand and advise stakeholders on the highest converting customer journeys.
- You will support our experimentation programme through contribution to ideation workshops and designing test variants.
- You will conduct user research from ad hoc ‘Guerilla Testing’ to full lab style testing utilising a third-party agency you will engage and brief.
- Working with marketing stakeholders to design or advise in creating page layouts or templates within our CMS.
- Collaborating with the OneAdvanced Product UX team to align our digital design with Mosaic the product design system.
- Previous experience in digital experience design.
- Demonstrable expertise using Figma ideally in conjunction with Storybook.
- Demonstrable experience of creating and managing modular design systems.
- Experience of concurrently managing multiple stakeholders at different levels across an organisation.
- Experience of designing and facilitating ideation and design workshops in person and remotely.
- Experience of specifying and utilising user research, ideally you will have run research interviews and sessions yourself.
- Experience of data led design, utilising GA4 and similar tools to identify customer pain points and ideate solutions or candidates for testing.
- Experience of being part of an continuous optimisation or CRO programme.
- An active interest or utilisation of AI design tools and techniques.
