Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent plus a generous Service Charge, 48hr working week plus:
  • Equal Share of Service Charge to all employees paid monthly
  • Paid Breaks for shifts over 6 hours

We are looking for a driven, results-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead the transformation of a high-potential F&B operation within a busy fine dining restaurant in North Yorkshire.
This is not a role for the passive or hesitant - we're searching for someone direct, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of the department, pushing boundaries and delivering significant growth.The Mission:
To drive F&B revenue through operational efficiency, team leadership, and commercial innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of F&B operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring excellence in service and consistency.
  • Work closely with senior management to strategically grow revenue, increase covers, upsell effectively, and improve margins.
  • Ensure seamless FOH/BOH coordination and maintain control of stock, cost of sales, GP%, and labour spend.
  • Implement and manage BOH systems and processes to ensure accurate reporting and operational clarity.
  • Develop a high-performing team with a clear focus on guest satisfaction, operational delivery, and financial results.
About You:
We're seeking someone who:
  • Has strong F&B leadership experience across hotels, restaurants, and bars in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Is commercially sharp, data-savvy, and confident making decisions that impact bottom-line performance.
  • Possesses strong drinks knowledge - wine and cocktails are essential, WSET certification is highly desirable.
  • Understands the back end of F&B operations - systems, cost controls, rotas, and reporting and knows how to use these tools to deliver results.
  • Thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and knows how to get things done with precision and pace.
