Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent plus a generous Service Charge, 48hr working week plus:
- Equal Share of Service Charge to all employees paid monthly
- Paid Breaks for shifts over 6 hours

To drive F&B revenue through operational efficiency, team leadership, and commercial innovation.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of F&B operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring excellence in service and consistency.
- Work closely with senior management to strategically grow revenue, increase covers, upsell effectively, and improve margins.
- Ensure seamless FOH/BOH coordination and maintain control of stock, cost of sales, GP%, and labour spend.
- Implement and manage BOH systems and processes to ensure accurate reporting and operational clarity.
- Develop a high-performing team with a clear focus on guest satisfaction, operational delivery, and financial results.
We're seeking someone who:
- Has strong F&B leadership experience across hotels, restaurants, and bars in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Is commercially sharp, data-savvy, and confident making decisions that impact bottom-line performance.
- Possesses strong drinks knowledge - wine and cocktails are essential, WSET certification is highly desirable.
- Understands the back end of F&B operations - systems, cost controls, rotas, and reporting and knows how to use these tools to deliver results.
