This is a fully remote conveyancing position handling your own residential caseload from instruction to post-completion. The work will include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered titles
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, and leaseholds
- Carrying out title checks (desirable, but not essential)
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth progress
- Working autonomously with full administrative support and access to case management systems
- Keeping clients informed with a proactive and personable approach
The successful candidate will be an experienced residential conveyancer who can confidently manage a caseload from start to finish. You will have:
- Significant experience in handling your own conveyancing caseload independently
- Experience dealing with leasehold properties (essential)
- Strong understanding of the full transaction process including post-completion
- Ideally, experience in title checking
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A self-motivated, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Either be qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or non-qualified with extensive hands-on experience
