Job Title Production Operations ManagerJob DescriptionThe Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a moderate-sized manufacturing team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines while fostering collaboration, managing the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing processes and driving overall performance improvement.Your role:Upholds stringent adherence to specifications and requirements throughout the production process to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality standards.Takes charge of leading Lean projects, overseeing the implementation of strategies aimed at streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Develops strategies to maximize manufacturing performance by meticulously optimizing key metrics such as productivity, cost of non-quality, equipment utilization, and overall efficiency to bolster operational effectiveness and streamline production processes.Ensures comprehensive training programs are in place for operators, covering production processes and Health & Safety protocols, thereby prioritizing their competence and safety during task execution.Collaborates closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of production objectives with broader organizational goals, facilitating effective communication and strategic decision-making.You're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.Your skills include Environment Health and Safety, Manufacturing Principles, Quality Monitoring, Continuous Improvement, People Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Process Engineering, Change Management, KPI Management, Strategic Planning, Business AcumenYou have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Certifications: Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent. Preferred Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalentYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
