- Provide effective support to the Install Finance Controller, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Manage and deliver weekly invoicing targets within agreed timeframes.
- Oversee and control applications for payment, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with contractors and engineers to ensure timely submission of completion paperwork.
- Verify and check signalling and zonal documentation to support project handovers.
- Complete job costing and closeouts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Process and input timesheets and expenses into Sage with precision.
- Handle and resolve invoice queries, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution.
- Manage and maintain NACOSS and BAFE certification requirements.
- Maintain and update the invoicing spreadsheet daily for accurate reporting.
- Complete daily portal uploads, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.
- Administer and process Scottish Power invoicing in line with requirements.
- A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with strong energy, drive, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage and resolve invoice queries effectively and professionally.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in producing reports and, ideally, reconciliation.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality documentation.
- Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities using a structured approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
