Overview:At Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.We strive to ensure our services are warm and welcoming environments. Your role is to be the first point of contact within the service greeting all our visitors promptly in a friendly and courteous manner. You will be supporting reception dealing with initial queries, coordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community.Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience so your role will be to make them feel at ease offering to make them a drink and supporting them to complete their registration form. You will be a positive role model to the service users motivating, encouraging, and inspiring them to reach their potential. You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role. Responsibilities:Volunteers contribute to Change Grow Live in a variety of ways. From Admin Volunteers to Service User Reps, from Peer Mentors to Healthcare Support Volunteers, from Independent Visitors to Community Mentors each volunteer brings a unique set of skills and talents.
