Job Description:We are searching for a passionate Bartender inspired by the coasts of the Mediterranean, Carrubo offers an intimate and lively atmosphere under the twinkling lights overlooking Southwark Street.ROLE: BartenderLOCATION: Carrubo, London Bridge, UKPAY RATE: £12ph Plus Service ChargeREPORTS TO: General ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES

Protect and enhance the reputation of the bar as a best-in-class destination for food and drink and an enhanced customer experience via the managing and motivating of the bar team.
Providing a consistently high level of customer service
Complying with and following licensing regulations, Company procedures and policies
Working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer experience
Attend and complete all training provided
Maintain operational standards
Ensure rooms are prepped and ready for continued service
Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to the area of choice; present menus/set times.
Help patrons select food and beverages with recommendations and upselling
Stay updated on food and beverage menus and stock levels
Transmit orders to bar and food trader by recording patrons' choices on EPOS; identifying patrons' special dietary needs, allergens and special requests

Requirements:

A passion for consistently high standards and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and customer service skills
A genuine interest in food and beverage
A positive and enthusiastic attitude and be an excellent team player
The ability to remain calm under pressure and be excited to work in a vibrant, busy environment
A passion for music is the right fit
Previous experience within hospitality industry would be ideal but not essential
