We’re looking for compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistants to join schools in Caterham. This is a rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference every day.What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Helping to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
  • Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and wellbeing
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEND needs
  • Calm, empathetic, and resilient personality
  • Ability to build positive relationships and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Team player who can adapt to the needs of the classroom
