Bodyshop Manager

- 50-hour working week
- (Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, including paid breaks)
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in an Accident Repair setting as a Manager, Senior or Team Leader.

- Liaise with all team members to ensure repair centre processes are followed.
- Provide estimated completion dates in line with targets and daily output goals.
- Ensure the workshop remains safe and compliant with H&S and PPE regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all vehicles.
- Report daily to the Regional Manager.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Accident Repair setting.
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Team Leader, or Senior.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- A proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
- Passion for teamwork and productivity to lead a high-achieving Bodyshop.
- Basic Salary: £50,000 - with an OTE of up to £71,500!
