- To prepare planning applications, development proposals, and related documentation based on site evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with strategic development goals
- To deliver expert advice to clients and local authorities on land and property management, while engaging with local communities and stakeholders through consultations and collaborative planning
- To oversee property and development projects, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- To stay abreast of rural planning regulations, market trends, and government policies, and advise clients accordingly
Skills you will need:
Essential: - A Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, Rural Estate Management, or a related field
- Experience in land and rural planning, including preparing planning applications and conducting site assessments
- A knowledge and understanding of property and estate management, including valuation, rural estate management, and planning regulations and policies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A relationship builder, able to forge and cultivate long-lasting business relationships
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
- A professional approach, with the drive for growth and career development
Desirable: - Professional qualifications such as RTPI or RICS membership
