- Supporting the Senior Land Surveyor in establishing and maintaining the site survey control network.
- Undertaking land, topographic, hydrographic, and measured building surveys using specialist equipment like robotics and 3D scanners.
- Analysing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and GIS programs.
- Preparing survey drawings with the Senior Land Surveyor and presenting data to clients.
- Coordinating with Site Engineers regarding project priorities, changes of plans, deviations, and non-conformance rectifications.
- Conducting setting out and as-built surveys, topographical and engineering surveys (Laser Scanner) and managing the registration and post-processing of Point Cloud Data.
- Performing GNSS network surveying, precise traversing, and precise levelling for breakdown from primary survey control.
- Managing drone surveys for earthwork measures.
- HND/degree in Land Survey, Geomatics, or equivalent.
- Experience within a similar role and with similar values.
- Experience in preparing survey-related method statements and risk assessments.
- Expert knowledge of Trimble total stations, levels, and GNSS receivers.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills to produce 2D and 3D drawings.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid report writing and compilation abilities.
- Proficient in using survey software like Trimble Business Center.
- Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
