Private Client Solicitor - Torquay (Hybrid Working Available) A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their established and supportive team in Torquay, known for its high-quality work and long-standing client relationships. Partners are Legal 500 recommended, with specialist expertise across areas including elderly care, tax, trusts, and succession planning. Team members also hold respected memberships such as STEP, SFE, ATT and CTA. You will be joining a warm, collaborative and down-to-earth group where you'll be encouraged to develop your own client base while contributing to a strong existing practice. The RoleYou will manage your own caseload appropriate to your experience, working on matters including:Wills and estate planningAdministration of estates and probatesLasting Powers of AttorneyTrusts and inheritance tax planningTrust administrationThere will also be opportunities to get involved in client development and wider team initiatives. About YouYou'll have experience in private client work and a strong interest in supporting individuals and families through sensitive and often complex matters.
